You see every line. Before it moves.
The model is simple because trust demands it: scoped platform and service fees shown before acceptance, pass-throughs at cost, and no SourceAgent hands on the goods money — ever.
Scoped fees, quoted first
Every SourceAgent service fee is a scoped quote you see and accept before the work starts. If the scope is not clear enough to quote, it is not clear enough to charge.
Pass-throughs at cost
Freight, duties, quality inspection, and broker entry appear in your landed cost at cost. No hidden markup baked into the factory price — the reseller black box is the thing this product exists to beat.
No custody, ever
Goods payments run between you, your payment provider, and the supplier. SourceAgent bills only its own quoted service fee and never holds, transfers, or escrows order funds.
A landed cost with nothing folded in
Every line in your landed cost is either goods, a pass-through at cost, or a SourceAgent fee you already accepted. There is no line whose nature you have to guess.

We are onboarding our first cohort, and early-access pricing is being validated with them — the structure above is the committed model; specific plan levels are quoted in your workspace, in writing, before anything is billed.
Price the workflow, not the mystery.
